Alma (she/her) embarked on a transformative journey that shaped her into a coach, drawing strength from her personal experience with eating disorders, depression and body dysmorphic disorder. Motivated by her own experience, she supports women in embracing a holistic approach to health and well-being, empowering them to find acceptance, freedom, and happiness in all aspects of their lives. In 2020, Alma founded AW Wellness Studios, creating a passionate team of women dedicated to a holistic approach to women's health. Together, they empower women to enact profound changes, positively transforming lives on all levels.
Sadie (she/her) discovered the joy of movement as an adult, having been exercise-ambivalent in her youth. She began running and weight training at university to counteract exam stress and found it so effective that she never looked back. Sadie found her true purpose in moving her body and decided to make coaching others her full-time mission. Shahed (she/her) is a dedicated fitness coach who empowers women to transform their lives through personalised fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies. Inspired by her journey with PCOS and endometriosis, she understands the unique challenges women face and offers empathetic, tailored guidance. Fitness became her cornerstone for mental and physical health, and now she helps women build strength, clarity, and confidence. Her mission is to support women in achieving their goals while enhancing their overall quality of life.
Adja (she/her) is a former gymnast and dancer turned personal trainer who believes fitness is about so much more than aesthetics. Her approach blends physical training with mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, helping women reconnect with their bodies and build strength from the inside out. She sees movement as a powerful act of self-care, a way to create balance, release pressure, and restore confidence. Through supportive coaching, Adja encourages women to reclaim their time, shift their mindset, and fall in love with taking care of themselves.
Joëlle (she/her) Finding mental and physical strength is at the core of everything I do and teach. Drawing from my own experience with depression and trauma, I strive to create a supportive, safe and fun space so you leave my sessions feeling proud, strong and confident. Dorina (she/her) is a passionate fitness coach committed to helping others unlock the transformative power of movement. For her, fitness is more than physical change, it’s a path to healing, resilience, and self-growth. Drawing from her own journey, she guides clients to build confidence, embrace self-compassion, and use movement to support both emotional and physical well-being. Dorina creates a safe, supportive space for growth, meeting clients where they are and empowering them to become their strongest, most confident selves, inside and out.
Federica (she/her) is a coach whose journey through chronic illness, grief, and physical recovery has shaped a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to wellness. After years of pain, disconnection, and emotional struggle, she found strength through movement and transformed her health from the inside out. Her lived experience allows her to support women who feel lost in their own bodies and unsure of where to begin. Federica’s coaching is personalised, faith-rooted, and focused on lasting results that nourish both body and mind. She helps women rebuild confidence, energy, and resilience through fitness that feels meaningful and sustainable.
