Alma (she/her) embarked on a transformative journey that shaped her into a coach, drawing strength from her personal experience with eating disorders, depression and body dysmorphic disorder. Motivated by her own experience, she supports women in embracing a holistic approach to health and well-being, empowering them to find acceptance, freedom, and happiness in all aspects of their lives. In 2020, Alma founded AW Wellness Studios, creating a passionate team of women dedicated to a holistic approach to women's health. Together, they empower women to enact profound changes, positively transforming lives on all levels.

Joëlle (she/her) was inspired to become a coach through her own journey in accepting her body and rediscovering her love of movement through a loving and kind lens. Finding mental and physical strength is at the core of everything she does and teaches. She strives to create a supportive, safe and fun space so that you leave sessions feeling proud, strong and confident.

Katie (she/her) believes that movement is a powerful medicine for the mind, body, and soul, seeing fitness as more than just physical strength—it has been central to her healing journey. Overcoming anxiety and PTSD, she discovered that exercise provided the clarity and resilience needed to reclaim her mental and physical well-being. A decade ago, aerial arts, particularly Lyra, transformed her perspective on her body, fostering self-expression and unlocking her physical potential. This inspired her to pursue strength and flexibility training, which not only enhanced her aerial skills but also empowered her in all aspects of life. Read more»

Dorina (she/her) is a passionate fitness coach committed to helping others unlock the transformative power of movement. For her, fitness is more than physical change—it’s a path to healing, resilience, and self-growth. Drawing from her own journey, she guides clients to build confidence, embrace self-compassion, and use movement to support both emotional and physical well-being. Dorina creates a safe, supportive space for growth, meeting clients where they are and empowering them to become their strongest, most confident selves—inside and out.

Kelly's (she/her) fitness journey began when she decided to take action in looking after her body. She felt that it wasn't functioning as it should—she had pain all over her body, especially in her back, and could hardly stand for long periods of time without triggering the pain. She started out with a basic program, and within a short period, she could already feel small differences. She fell in love with weight training. After some time, she started on a powerlifting programme, which taught her even more and pushed her to want to pursue a career change—one where she could help others feel the same benefits she did through exercise.

Sadie (she/her) discovered the joy of movement as an adult, having been exercise-ambivalent in her youth. She began running and weight training at university to counteract exam stress and found it so effective that she never looked back. Sadie found her true purpose in moving her body and decided to make coaching others her full-time mission. She empathizes with those alienated by mainstream fitness culture and those with desk jobs that drain energy.    Read more»

Shahed (she/her) is a dedicated fitness coach who empowers women to transform their lives through personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies. Inspired by her journey with PCOS and endometriosis, she understands the unique challenges women face and offers empathetic, tailored guidance. Fitness became her cornerstone for mental and physical health, and now she helps women build strength, clarity, and confidence. Her mission is to support women in achieving their goals while enhancing their overall quality of life.
