RATES & memberships

£15 per class (drop in/single session)

There are 3 recurring membership options for classes at AW Wellness Studios:

6 classes per month - £65

8 classes per month - £79

Unlimited class sessions per month - £132

You can mix and match class types with these membership options. You will be charged on the sale date, on a rolling month-to-month membership. If you would like to cancel, please email us on support@awwellnessstudios.com 30 days before the membership renewal date so we can cancel it for you.

Cancellations- classes

We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will loose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will loose your class credit and be charged £5. This charge also applies to non attendance.

Cover teachers

On occasion, we may have cover teachers who run a class at the studio in place of our weekly teachers. All of our cover teachers have been interviewed in the same way as our teacher team.

Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so. You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the class and waive any claims against AW Wellness Studios. If unsure of your ability to participate, consult a physician before attending. By joining our studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Personal Training memberships

Our Personal Training Memberships are charged on the 26th of the current month for the following month. After we sign you up for a membership during or after your consultation call and you have been charged, if you would like a refund before starting the service we charge a £30 refund-fee to cover service and administration costs.

If you would like to cancel your ongoing membership with us, please write to us at support@awwellnessstudios.com at least 30 days before your next membership renewal date and we will cancel your next payment.

Personal Training sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the session start time, failure to cancel with 48 hours notice means that you will lose the session credit and it will be classed as a late cancellation.

THE AW RUN CLUB

Our app uses a session credit system for all services, this means you will get 1 credit per month on a Drop In packageand 6 credits for the 6 Week Block package.

With a Drop In session, you have 4 weeks to use your credit, after this, it will expire.

With the 6 Week Block, if you have any unused run club credits by the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have an extra week in the following month to use them before they expire.

Important to note: your 6 weeks will start on the day you book your first run, not on the day of purchase. So, you can join the Run Club at any time, but you need to use all of 6 credits within 6 weeks.

If you miss one of the running sessions, you can make it up on the 7th week. However, if you miss more than 1 session, those credits won’t be carried over indefinitely into the future. This allows your training to be consistent and follow the progressive programme.

To cancel a run, we ask for 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, you will lose your session credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the run starts you will lose your session credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-shows).

If you need an extension of your credits for one more week, please email us at support@awwellnessstudios.com & we'll extend it for you.Our app uses a session credit system for all services, this means you will get 1 credit per month on a Drop In packageand 6 credits for the 6 Week Block package.


SHOP Orders & Delivery

When/how will I get my order?

For purchases of virtual workshops or classes, a link will be automatically sent to the email you have completed checkout with. For purchases of digital downloads, a link will also be sent to you automatically after purchase and you have 24 hrs to download via the link provided. For purchases of physical products or workshops with a physical product, the product will be sent 3-5* working days after your order has been placed. We send all orders within the UK by either Royal Mail First or Second Class depending on your selection at checkout.

* Personalised Diary orders may take up to 10 working days as we have to get these printed for you!

Where will my order ship from?

From our studio in North London!

How will I know my order is on it’s way?

We will mark your order fulfilled when we send it, and you will be notified via email about the status of your order. Please leave a week before contacting us if you haven’t received it as there are still some postal delays due to Covid-19.

Can I collect my order from the AW Wellness Studio?

Yes! We are happy for you to collect your order to save on shipping costs. We ask that you please email us at support@awwellnessstudios.com to arrange a time, even if you have a personal training session or class at the studio so we can have your order prepared and ready. Please note you can only collect from Monday to Friday and will need to arrange a time within these days.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately we’re not currently set up to ship abroad but may do so soon! If you would like to attend a Women’s Circle Workshop and you live abroad, please contact us at support@awwellnessstudios.comto talk to us about how we can facilitate your attendance at the workshop. We’d love to have you!

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@awwellnessstudios.com within 48 hours, with photos of the incorrect/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What if I can’t make the class I’ve booked?

Unfortunately as we don’t refund classes, we are not able to give money back for any classes you aren’t able to attend. When a class or workshop takes place on Zoom, recordings may be available. This is subject to the class and agreement of the attendees in each class.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We only offer returns or exchanges on items that are incorrect (different from what you have ordered and paid for) or damaged, however if there’s something else wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@awwellnessstudios.com.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@awwellnessstudios.com with photos of wrong/damaged items alongside your order number and we’ll sort that out for you. We do not offer refunds for personal training, classes, courses or workshops once they have been purchased.
