Our Weightlifting Foundations Workshop is designed for women who are new to strength training or still building confidence in the gym. Led by Alma, this supportive workshop will help you improve your lifting technique, learn key movement patterns, and gain confidence using gym equipment in a welcoming, pressure-free environment. With plenty of individual coaching and guidance, you'll leave feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to progress with confidence.

Our Weightlifting Progression Workshop is designed for women who have a solid foundation in strength training and are ready to take their lifting to the next level. Led by Alma, this workshop focuses on refining technique, improving performance, and helping you train with greater confidence and intention. Through more advanced coaching on lifting mechanics, bracing, tempo, control, and progression strategies, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to overcome plateaus, lift more effectively, and continue building strength safely and confidently.
