“For years, I battled chronic health conditions that left me feeling hopeless, exhausted, and in constant pain. Medications led to weight gain and swelling, making it even harder to accept the changes in my body. I often felt alone as I didn’t find anyone who truly understood my struggles. My faith kept me going, but I wasn’t actively working to improve my health.

Then, after losing my beloved parents, unable to process my grief, I withdrew from everything, including my own young child. My body, mind, and soul became completely disconnected as I unconsciously tried to escape the emotional pain.

My turning point came after my second knee surgery, when I made the decision to reclaim my health, not just for myself, but for my son too. As part of my rehabilitation, I stepped into a gym for the first time. Still on crutches, I had no idea how much that single step would transform my life.

Initially, I felt nervous, out of place, and self-conscious, especially as one of the few head-covered women there. I wasn’t sure how to navigate the gym environment, but with time, perseverance, and determination, I pushed past my fears.

As I regained my physical strength, I also began to heal emotionally and mentally. Fitness became my therapy, the foundation of my lifelong wellness.

Through consistent training and a well-balanced diet, I not only reshaped my body but also rebuilt my confidence, energy, and resilience. I reversed my diabetes, reduced my medications, and felt stronger, healthier, and happier than ever.

Inspired by my own transformation, I trained to become a coach to help other women take ownership of their health and wellbeing.

I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle to feel lost in your own body, stuck, disconnected, and unsure where to begin. That’s why I take a holistic, highly personalised approach to coaching, one that goes beyond physical exercise and that focuses on what is truly meaningful for each woman.

My mission is to support women in achieving lasting results that align with their unique needs and lifestyles. Fitness doesn’t have to feel like a burden, it can be enjoyable, fulfilling, and deeply rewarding.
