We have a range of classes available which compliment all types of movement to ensure you have a balanced and healthy body! 

 There is help available for those who aren't sure which classes would be most beneficial for them.

We offer free 15 minute online consultations with our founder, Alma, so she can give you our specialised recommendations.

 We highly value teaching quality at the studio so our classes are kept small, between 6 to 7 women per class.

Our classes range from, Lifting focused classes (weights/resistance training), Lower body mobility and core, and specialist classes such as vinyasa and restorative yoga. Across these classes you will be building strength, increasing stamina and endurance, balance, co-ordination, flexibility & mobility!
