“I support women to become stronger and healthier and to be more confident, fulfilled, and happy by helping them build positive relationships with their bodies, with movement, and with food. I have worked with women between the ages of 35 and 77, many of whom were completely new to gym-based exercise, and my approach is always warm, gentle, and encouraging.

My own relationship with my body hasn’t always been positive. In my 20s, influenced by unrealistic ideals, I wanted to “lose weight,” so I combined cardio exercise with food restriction and, for many years, became unhealthily and unhappily thin. Eventually, I decided I wanted to grow stronger instead. So I joined a gym, but I quickly slipped into overtraining and injury, following unsustainable routines I found on Instagram. I still struggled to moderate my exercising or properly fuel my body.

Working with my own coach changed everything. They showed me that training can be enjoyable and sustainable. I learned to follow a programme suited to my body, to eat foods I love, and to truly nourish myself. This inspired me to become a coach so I could help other women rediscover the joy of their bodies, who they are, and what they love.

Before qualifying as a PT, I worked in education for seven years, and I bring the same patience and dedication to my clients. Step by step, I help clients discover what their bodies can do and i’m certain you’ll surprise yourself, in the best possible way.
