WHAT MAKES OUR ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING DIFFERENT?
- Our 1:1 Strength-Based Coaching
sessions last 55 minutes and follow a programme built around your goals, movement patterns, and current ability.
- Personalised Support Beyond the Studio
Between sessions, you’ll receive homework to help you move forward — this might include physical exercises to target your goals or areas of weakness or mental and emotional tools to address your blockers.
- Your Coach in Your Pocket
You’ll have direct 1:1 access to your coach through our app for check-ins and questions. Within the app, you’ll find your training plan, video demonstrations, and progress tracking for sets, reps, and performance. You can even send videos for feedback on your form and technique.
- Flexible Nutrition and Lifestyle Guidance
We understand that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your coach will meet you where you are — whether that’s tracking meals with photos, focusing on protein and recovery, or exploring emotional connections with food to build healthier, more sustainable habits.
- Ongoing Reviews and Team Collaboration
Your progress matters to us. You’ll meet with our founder, Alma, at key points throughout your journey (3, 6, 10, and 12 months) to review your goals and experience. These sessions ensure your training remains aligned with your evolving needs and ensures your progress.
- A Truly Holistic Approach
In addition to Alma’s reviews, your coach will check in with you every 6–8 weeks either via call or in person to help identify any challenges and work around them.
