How iS online coaching different to personal training?

In some ways online coaching is very similar to personal training. In both, you’re working alongside a professional to achieve your goals. The main difference is that one is based online vs an in person service.
Online coaching helps you to stay accountable, you can ask any questions you have and you’ll receive detailed feedback and changes to your plan if needed. The main benefit of online coaching is the amount of support I’m able to provide you. My personal training clients see me a couple of times a week for an hour, but I communicate with my online clients daily!

Is online coaching a good fit for everyone?

Whilst online coaching is a great service, it isn't for everyone. You will need to be able to show up to the gym and complete your workouts by yourself. You will need to push yourself mentally.
I take the guesswork out. I write you the plans, I teach you how to eat & fuel your body appropriately AND I provide you with the recipes and the accountability you need but ultimately YOU have to do it!

What if I’m a complete beginner?

I love beginners! My goal is to help you become 100% confident with your training and your nutrition. As long as you have access to a gym & some basic exercise experience you will be able to go through a programme.

Remember, every programme I write is customised, so I will meet you where you are currently at! I also offer video analysis as part of your online coaching package in case there are any exercises you’d like feedback on. If you’re not sure you would be able to follow a programme, or you would like to go over your form.

I offer a discounted rate for personal training sessions to my online clients! We can run through the entire programme or just the bits you’re not sure on until your comfortable and confident with it all! Please note, this is based in my North London gym.


What if need someone there to make me exercise?

If you really feel you need someone there to make you exercise, online coaching is probably not the right option for you right now. My goal is to teach you exactly what you need to know so that you can manage your weight and your health for the rest of your life. If your health or goal is truly a priority for you, then, you need to have complete autonomy in making the right decisions on how you live, think, eat & train. I can give you all the tools, but I can’t do the work for you!

Can I do online coaching and personal training sessions?

Yes! My PT clients who have had online coaching, achieve their results with ease and usually a lot sooner too. This is because they have the best of both worlds, the online accountability and check ins and the extra ‘push’ in their PT sessions.

What’s the time commitment?

Online Coaching is a minimum of a THREE month commitment. I often ask clients how long they have been trying to lose weight for and the answer is never less than this time period.
The reason I ask for a 3 month commitment from you is: I need time to understand your body and how your body reacts to different nutritional interventions and training routines & styles You need time to adjust to the check in process, following a nutrition plan & managing your time with your new training and diet commitments You can’t expect to see long lasting results in a smaller time period I need to know you are financially committed to your health and your fitness.

How soon will I see results?

This is down to you and how consistent you are with the plan. If you follow the plan, you can expect to see results within your first month if not sooner.

Can you work around injuries?

Yes! All of the programmes I write are customised to the individual. Please let me know the details on your injury when you fill out your client consultation form.

Is online coaching expensive?

No, Online coaching is less expensive than personal training sessions.

Do you only coach women?

Yes!
