As an instructor, I enjoy working here because our team and clients are so open-minded, allowing me to experiment with different exercises, music, and equipment to create flexible class plans that help push people out of their comfort zones and become the best version of themselves.
Working in fitness can sometimes feel isolating, but with our team workshops, group chats, and socials, I always feel connected and supported, even when we don't see each other daily.
Since joining the team, I've felt comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and the support during team meetings and classes is always constructive and encouraging.
I would absolutely recommend our studio to anyone who wants to show up without fear of judgmentβthere are so many fitness spaces in London, but very few make you feel welcome from the start like this one.
βThe team here is also fantastic, we regularly review programming together and support each other during meetings or on the gym floor. I'd absolutely recommend the studio to someone who is open to learning, wants to continue developing their skills, remains humble, and is a friendly team player who can adapt to the studio's branding.β

What sets this studio apart from other places I've worked is the lack of corporate pressure and the genuine understanding and care shown toward both staff and members. It's a place where my ideas are truly listened to and implemented, and there are constant opportunities to grow and showcase my skills.
I've had the chance to work with PT clients with various needs and abilities, and I've been encouraged to explore different classes, which has helped me become better at them. The calm environment and supportive team have made a huge impact on my professional growth.
Personally and professionally, I've gained teaching skills and learned how to take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to training. I've been able to attend workshops at the studio to expand my learning and I was also able to obtain a CPD in a Trauma Informed Approach to Exercise. These have been invaluable, and I've applied what I've learned both inside and outside the studio.
The studio has invested in my personal development through support from Alma, offering both internal and external workshops to help me improve. Alma's 1-1 support, from class participation to review meetings and conversations, makes the experience personal. In contrast to my previous job, where the CEO was a cold, distant figure, Alma has been nothing but supportive. She genuinely wants us to succeed and grow.

The studio is different because of its female and holistic focus, open-mindedness, and the way it grows with the clients, making them feel like part of a community rather than just customers. Many clients have shared with me that their relationship with movement and their bodies has been revolutionised since coming here, and I think that's something really special.
I've particularly enjoyed being able to train women and focus on what makes them stronger. I don't think other gyms would give coaches the same entrepreneurial freedom or try to learn from their coaches the way this studio does.
Personally and professionally, I've gained huge confidence, knowledge, and a whole new range of skills from working with such a diverse group of coaches and clients. The studio has invested in my development by giving me so many chances to get involved with class design. The team is so knowledgeable and always shares their expertise so that everyone can thrive.
Alma is a great listener with amazing people skills. She's calm, approachable, and proactive in finding solutions and making suggestions. Her feedback is always fair, balanced, and solution-oriented, so our conversations feel productive and personal. The team is also incredibly supportive, even when we're not physically together.
They are highly communicative, leaving excellent handover and client notes to ensure smooth transitions between coaches. They recognize that we all have different strengths and never judge, always happy to help me improve and grow.
I'd recommend the studio to someone who values connection, understands the qualities that make us human, and is willing to listen, learn, and work towards long-term sustainable solutions.

Working at AW Wellness Studios has been such a rewarding experience. The women in our community are real, down-to-earth, and open, which makes it such a privilege to support them on their journeys. There's a special connection here that I haven't found elsewhere.
The studio itself is so unique because of how collaborative it is. Everyone's ideas are valued, and the team works together to create the best experience for both clients and coaches. There's a real sense of being heard and supported, which makes all the difference.
Starting my PT career at AW was a defining moment for me. The trust and space I was given to grow as a coach were incredible, and it's helped me build confidence in both my skills and my voice. I've learned so much, not just about coaching, but also about myself.
One of the things I love most is the studio's commitment to personal development. From trauma-informed coaching to menopause workshops, there have been so many opportunities to expand my knowledge and grow in areas beyond just fitness. It's really empowering to work in a place that values this holistic approach.
The 1-1 support from Alma has been a constant source of encouragement. Whether it's feedback on classes, review meetings, or just casual chats, that open line of communication has been so helpful, especially in the early stages of my career. It creates a strong foundation for growth.
What really stands out is the team dynamic. We share experiences, support each other during challenges, and celebrate successes together. Everyone is so willing to share their expertise, which creates a truly collaborative and uplifting environment.
If you're someone who's open to being part of a team, willing to leave ego at the door, and ready to contribute your ideas while learning from others, AW Wellness Studios is the perfect place to thrive.
