Power Up Your Deadlift returns for 6 weeks!

Our 6 week course is a mixture of theory, activations and mobility, strength work, deadlift technique, 1-1 coaching, self coaching and homework.

This structure ensures you have a well rounded experience and leave the course with the confidence and knowledge to continue your deadlift training knowingly exactly what you should be doing and how things should feel, as well as how to self correct, to ensure safe and effective training long term!🔥

This course is designed for those who are already familiar with deadlifting and want to enhance their lifting capacity. Whether you’ve been lifting for months or years, this course offers the perfect opportunity to refine your technique, boost your one-rep max, and achieve your personal best in a supportive and empowering environment.

You don't need to be lifting heavy to join — this course is all about perfecting the basics and building from there. With a focus on safety, form, and progressive overload, you will learn how to effectively increase the weight you lift while maintaining good posture and confidence.

You will be focusing on sumo and conventional deadlift, and can choose which you want to focus on across the 6 weeks.

 
 

6 week plan of the course

Week 1: Foundations

  • Breathing & Bracing

  • Assessing your current form and setting personalised PB goals

  • Testing your 10 rep max

Week 2: Technique Mastery

  • Detailed 1-1 form correction and drills

  • Understanding common mistakes and how to avoid them

  • Testing your 8 rep max

Week 3: Building Strength

  • Introduction to progressive overload

  • Accessory exercises to complement your deadlifts

  • Testing your 4 rep max

Week 4: Focus on Sumo or Conventional Deadlifts

  • Specific techniques for sumo and conventional deadlifting

  • 1-1 feedback and adjustments

  • Testing your 2 rep max

Week 5: Focus on Sumo or Conventional Deadlifts

  • In-depth conventional or sumo deadlift techniques

  • Individualised coaching for perfect form whilst lifting heavy

  • Testing your 1 rep max

Week 6: Testing and Celebration

  • Testing your one-rep max

  • Celebrating your progress and achievements

 

To ensure you’re progressing and getting the most out of this course, you will receive a physical booklet where you’ll be able to track all of your lifts across the 6 weeks. We will also send you a digital copy encase you’d like to reuse it on your own!

Before starting the course, the maximum I had ever lifted for a 1 rep was 50kg. By the end of the course, I achieved my 1 rep max deadlift at 90kg- that’s a 40kg increase in 6 weeks!! Having my form checked and having dedicated time to just focus on this lift has been so beneficial. Sadie found her true purpose in moving her body and decided to make coaching others her full-time mission. She empathizes with those alienated by mainstream fitness culture and those with desk jobs that drain energy.

She is ready to help you (re-)ignite your positive relationship with exercise, whether it is to build confidence, relieve stress, improve sporting performance, or simply find joy and peace with your body and mind.
