ROKSANA - COach
“Turn your hardships into strengths. My mission is to empower people through movement, which I see as both a privilege and a form of self-expression.
Throughout my career, I've experienced different stages of my relationship with movement. Initially, I used exercise primarily as a tool for weight control, which led to excessive workouts and, ultimately, an eating disorder. Then I shifted to bodybuilding, where I meticulously controlled every aspect of my diet and training. This approach had serious consequences; I lost my period and struggled with hormonal imbalances as a result.
All these exercises shaped the coach I am now.
I believe that movement is a privilege and that food is the fuel that keeps us going. Recovery is a time when you can replenish, restore, and get ready physically and mentally to go again. No excessive training, no restrictive diets or calorie counting
For me, training is a space to tune into oneself, to be present, and to work on personal growth. It's an essential tool for building mental resilience and discipline.
After years of experience as a coach, I decided to expand my knowledge and services by becoming a sports massage therapist. In my practice, I help clients enhance their performance in training and improve their overall comfort in daily life. During our sessions, we address limiting factors in their bodies and take proactive steps to prevent future issues.
As much as I love science, I also embrace a holistic approach to fitness.”
